30 Years Since the Fall of the Berlin Wall: Pentagon Staffer John Masters Remembers

Pentagon staffer John Masters visited East and West Germany as a child before the wall fell. “When there was a wall in Berlin, I went up as a small boy through East Germany … we weren’t supposed to look outside the windows. I was glad to see it happen.”
